Taiwan Share House provides shared apartment and coliving rental services in Taiwan. Through the Services, we provide information about our accommodation and customer support, including automated replies and assistance from human customer service agents.
Messages sent through our customer service channels are answered on a best-effort basis during business hours. Response times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Information provided through customer service channels, such as prices, availability, check-in and check-out times, and house rules, is for reference only. If there is any difference, the terms of the signed rental agreement prevail.
You agree not to use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or spam content, to impersonate another person, or to interfere with the operation of the Services.
Accommodation bookings are subject to separate written rental agreements. Nothing on the website or in customer service replies constitutes a binding offer or contract unless it is confirmed in a signed agreement.
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Taiwan Share House or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Taiwan Share House is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
