At check-out, our staff will inspect the room and its equipment. Once we confirm that there is no damage to the property or equipment, no outstanding rent or unpaid charges, and no unfulfilled contractual obligations, the security deposit will be refunded in accordance with the lease agreement.

If you arrive after 5:00 PM, you will need to complete a self-check-in.

Step 1: Receive Your Check-in Instructions

On your check-in day, we will send you the following information via LINE, WhatsApp, or Email:

• Door access code or key lockbox code
• Building and room details
• Step-by-step entry instructions with photos

Step 2: Complete Your Self-Check-in

Please follow the provided instructions to enter the building and access your room.

If you experience any difficulties, you may contact our staff via LINE or WhatsApp.

Step 3: Next-Day Verification & Orientation

Our staff will meet with you the following day to:

• Verify your passport and payment records
• Explain house rules and shared facilities
• Provide a rent receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Important Reminder:

Please make sure your phone has internet access upon arrival and keep your LINE or WhatsApp notifications enabled so you don't miss any important check-in information.

• All Taiwan Share House apartments are fully furnished with:

  Air conditioning, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware (pots, pans, etc.), and bedding set.

  Each unit also includes a desk, chair, wardrobe, storage cabinet, and trash bin —
  plus one personal lockable storage box per tenant for secure storage of personal belongings.

• There is no curfew, as we are not a student dormitory.
  However, please be considerate of your roommates and keep noise to a minimum when returning late or leaving early.

• Yes. Each room comes with a key, and every resident is provided with a lockable storage cabinet for storing personal belongings.

• If facilities are damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us via LINE or Messenger for assistance.

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. At check-out, our staff will inspect the room and facilities with you. The security deposit will be refunded in accordance with the lease agreement after confirming that there are no damages to the property or facilities, unpaid rent, outstanding fees, or other unfulfilled obligations under the agreement.
• Items Left Behind: Any personal belongings left behind after check-out will be treated as abandoned and disposed of accordingly. A cleaning and disposal fee of NT$1,000 may be charged.
• Lost Keys: If a key is not returned or is lost, a replacement fee of NT$100 per key may be charged.
