Payment and Fees

How do I pay rent and when is it due?

Monthly rent is due on the 1st day of each month. The first month’s rent and Energy Fees will be calculated on a daily pro rata basis according to the actual number of days of occupancy.
If you move in on or after the 20th day of the month, the rent and Energy Fees for the following month will also be collected upon move-in.

What payment methods are available?

We accept:
ATM bank transfer
Online payment
Convenience store payment
※ Transaction fees are the tenant’s responsibility.

How do I renew my contract?

30 days before your contract ends we will inquire about renewal intentions. For 1-month rentals ,please notify us within the first week of the month.

What if I want to end my contract early?

If you wish to terminate your lease early, you must notify us in writing or by electronic message at least 30 days before your intended move-out date. If you fail to provide at least 30 days’ notice, we reserve the right to retain the full security deposit as liquidated damages for early termination.

Can I request an official receipt/invoice?

Yes. If you require an official invoice, please inform us before move-in. The invoice will be issued based on the actual payment details and applicable company procedures.

Energy cost pricing method

The utility fee includes all related expenses such as internet, water, electricity, and gas, charged as a fixed monthly rate.
Summer Rate: NT$1,500/month
　Applicable from June 1 to September 30.
　During this period, electricity rates are higher due to increased power consumption.
Winter Rate: NT$900/month
　Applicable from October 1 to May 31.
　During this period, electricity rates are lower due to reduced power usage.
